Welcome to the Elthea Center - an aspirational one-stop destination for help with select mental health issues. What is and is not found here is based upon the medical history of its inspiration, Bernadette "Elthea" Jacobs. It is admittedly not comprehensive in scope.
Many resources can be accessed anywhere, some are focused in the Northern Washington DC suburbs.

Elthea Center Support Chains (Afflicted partner-chainlinks give and receive support - Pairing those having a good day with those that need company now. Someone to help, someone who helps you.)
Elthea Counseling Center (Outpatient Group and Individual Therapy on a sliding scale)
Elthea Center Housing Exchange Program (Host a Borderline Personality child and have your Borderline child have an opportunity to gain independence at a practice apartment/room with “landlords” who will be more understanding than average.)
Elthia Mental Health Center (combined Safety and Mental Health Inpatient Center for addiction, borderline personality disorder, and suicidal conditions and multi-diagnoses)
